Audit & Analysis

We start with a free introductory call to understand your goals, needs, and existing website, if you have one. Already running a WordPress site? We do a thorough analysis: plugins, theme, security, and speed. Starting from scratch? We’ll discuss your audience, functionality, and wishes instead.

Setup, Design & Delivery

What this step involves depends on the service you choose:

Maintenance

Connecting WP Umbrella, checking Imunify360 (on Yuvo hosting) or setting up NinjaFirewall (own hosting), activating LiteSpeed Cache, configuring DNS and mailboxes.

Webdesign

Wireframes and design, building on our Essence by Yuvo theme, adding content, and testing on every device.

One-time Services

The job itself is carried out within the agreed, fixed scope and price.

Updates, backups, and monitoring run automatically and on an ongoing basis, always with a fresh backup ready.

Webdesign

A written before-and-after report, the job is complete, no subscription needed.

You always receive a clear report: monthly for maintenance clients, or a completion report after delivery for webdesign and one-time services. Every Yuvo website is built on the same fast, proven foundation. Active security, monitoring, and backups come with a maintenance plan. No experiments, your website deserves the best.

Central management & backups

WP Umbrella

Through WP Umbrella we manage all client WordPress sites from a single central dashboard. WP core, plugin, and theme updates are monitored and deployed with full control. Backups are created automatically and stored encrypted on WP Umbrella’s own EU servers, outside AWS or Google Cloud.

Imunify360

Imunify360 runs at server level, entirely outside WordPress. Six integrated layers, including a WAF with virtual patching and a malware scanner with automatic clean-up, work continuously in the background.

Patchstack

Patchstack virtually patches known vulnerabilities in the exact plugins and themes your site runs, often before an official update exists. It works alongside your existing WAF without conflicts. Optional on Essential and Growth, included with ProCare.

NinjaFirewall & NinjaScanner

Prefer to keep your own hosting provider? NinjaFirewall intercepts requests before WordPress loads, while NinjaScanner adds a WordPress-level check for backdoors and unexpected changes.

Email delivery

FluentSMTP

FluentSMTP replaces WordPress’ unreliable default email sending with a verified connection to providers like Brevo or Amazon SES. Every email sent is logged, and failed deliveries are flagged immediately. Included standard with Essential, Growth, and ProCare.

Forms

Fluent Forms

Fluent Forms builds our contact, request, and newsletter forms. The free version is included on Essential; Fluent Forms Pro adds multi-step forms and a direct Brevo integration. Optional on Growth (+€4/month), included on ProCare.

Performance

LiteSpeed Cache & WP Rocket

Depending on your hosting environment, we configure LiteSpeed Cache (for LiteSpeed-based servers, including our own hosting) or WP Rocket. Both ensure fast load times, improved Core Web Vitals, and higher Google rankings.

JetBackup

JetBackup runs on the server itself, on our hosting, and automatically creates a daily local backup of your website, independent of WP Umbrella.

Two-factor authentication

WP 2FA

We install and configure WP 2FA for clients on Essential, Growth, and ProCare by default. Admin accounts get mandatory two-factor verification via authenticator app, passkey, or email code, enforced per user role without disrupting other users’ workflow.

Premium Identity Protection

ProCare includes the Premium Identity Protection suite: hardware security key support (YubiKey), a branded login portal, and trusted device management, a standard part of your plan, not a paid add-on.

Complianz

We install the Complianz Privacy Suite to guarantee technical compliance with GDPR. We scan your website for cookies, configure the consent banner, and technically block scripts (such as tracking pixels) until the visitor explicitly gives consent.
